Account > Billing > Invoices. This is where you can view and pay invoices.

Find the listing for the Product you need support with and click into Policies & Support. Here you’ll find the contact details for the Developer of the Product.

I made a request to purchase a product, where does that request go?

A notification is sent to the owner of the subscription with that company.

How do I add a colleague from my company?

Click Account at the top of the screen > Users > Invite User. The user will receive an email to activate their new account. You can then assign these users to specific apps within the Assign Apps menu.

I’ve been notified that my subscription was suspended, how do I make payment?
