Great AP Automation solution for Sage X3
X3CloudDocs with their intuitive solution for AP Automation allowed us to streamline the invoicing process in Sage X3. The built-in approval workflows, integrates well with X3. This has helped our Accounts team to validate invoices quicker and import them into Sage saving us hours spent on manual entry. The implementation and support experience so far has been outstanding with the project team being both skilled and friendly. The reports on document volumes allows us to track the invoices processed. The data from Sage is collected in real-time using X3CloudDocs which makes it such an efficient solution. Overall a very user friendly solution and does what its supposed to with little to no customisation.

Thank goodness for X3CloudDocs
A business with 93 employees, turning over £85m per annum, distributing market leading brands in the food sector and processing tens of thousands of transactions a year. You’d think we would be paper free. Unfortunately not and it was killing us. We knew we had to implement change but we were good busy on so many fronts that we kept kicking the can down the road. We had implemented a number of new applications in recent months and the thought of choosing and testing another was draining but fortunately at around the very time we were discussing it, Mysoft popped up and asked whether we would be interested in their X3CloudDocs product. Interest went to a new high when they casually mentioned that it seamlessly integrated with SAGE X3, the very platform we were using and so we decided to take a good look and I’m so pleased we did. The product does what it says on the tin. All we have to do is upload the pdf’s from our inbox, quickly code it up and post them around the building to be approved. It takes no time at all and I can confidently say that we can now process in 10% of the time it used to take before. Training was easy and we were up and running within roughly 2-3 weeks, and it could have been faster. My wife says I have a very small brain (she’s so wrong of course) but if I can use it, so can you and I’d recommend it to any business wanting to take cloud-based document management solutions seriously and see a return on printing, paper and time within weeks.

We've been using X3CD Inbound at TIMCO for over two years now. It has been invaluable in streamlining our A/P processes and provided us with controls and approval processes which were previously an issue for us. It has been very helpful in retrieving original documentation during process reviews and audits. After starting with A/P invoices only, we have begun using X3CD for stock invoices and complementary landed cost invoices as well. We've found the platform to be flexible enough to accommodate the highly custom processes we use for costing inbound overseas shipments. Project implementation from Mysoft was very efficient and we went from project start to processing inbound documents in only a few weeks. Highly recommended!

Dynamic Duo X3CD and MySoft
X3CloudDocs has really automated our company’s AP processes. We now spend less time doing manual work and has truly made our AP processes very easy and efficient. The solution is very user friendly and the interface is easy for even a novice to navigate. As many other companies experience we have several control points and validation checks along with approval hierarchy we need to employ day to day and X3CD almost seamlessly integrated with our existing processes and controls. It is also important to mention the document storage has significantly reduced our internal storage space usage!! The implementation process started with a detailed discovery document. The discovery document was submitted and a project plan and solution document was developed by the MySoft team. From the point of discovery document thru production implementation we were live within the US, Europe and Mexico within 6 weeks. (all during the holiday season) We elected to stabilize those regions before implementing in Asia. In addition to stabilizing the software solution we needed to remain mindful of our X3 environment and performance and where tuning was required the MySoft team was eager to assist! In the end our go-live with X3CD enabled us to truly realize a fresh start to 2023! If given the opportunity to implement additional modules to automate other processes we will not hesitate to employ a MySoft solution. Working with MySoft team has been an absolute pleasure. Their team of skilled professionals is not only knowledgeable in their field, every member of the MySoft team was dedicated to providing top-notch service and support to TransPak even during off hours. They took the time to understand our unique needs and developed an AP solution that met and in some cases exceeded our expectations. Does exactly what it says on the tin...
X3CloudDocs is easy to implement, even easier to use and is great value for money. From being presented with a demo to going live took a matter of weeks and we were fully supported through the process by the team at Mysoft. The system is very intuitive and we quickly set up our users with different permissions and sign offs permissions. Both the AP team and wider business have found it easy to use and being able to view digital copies of invoices straight from X3 has been much more efficient. I would recommend X3CloudDocs to anybody looking to take their AP function paperless.

A one stop shop for all AP invoice needs
X3CloudDocs has been a great addition to our AP function and allowed us to control and track our purchase invoices effectively. The system itself is very user friendly where you can easily upload and send invoices to relevant users for approval. You can sent up numerous invoice 'approvers' where preferences can be tweak to the users role and needs. The implementation was extremely straight forward and customer service received since going live has been excellent. Any queries or concerns raised are answered very promptly and professionally. I would highly recommend X3CloudDocs, it has allowed us to digitalise our AP process and saved time allowing us to focus on other projects to benefit our finance function.
