Do not recommend
Do not use Paya. Paya failed to notify us when a customer’s ACH payments were rejected and our company lost thousands of dollars as a result. Their customer service was rude and unhelpful when the problem was discovered. We switched to their competitor Fortis, and we are much happier. The Fortis software works better, they respond immediately to questions, and they also notify us immediately when there is a payment issue with a customer.
